Returns

If you're not happy for any reason, you may return eligible Ferravanti items within 30 days of receiving the order.

All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to you at your expense.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
  • Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, bag, box, and pouch included)

All below items are non-returnable:

  • Engraved and monogrammed products
  • Customized products
  • Products marked "Final sale" on the respective product page
  • Earrings used to pierce during a piercing appointment
  • Gift cards

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refused packages—and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient (e.g. mis-typed address)—are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.

If there is a problem with your product (e.g. damaged during shipping), we'll be glad to offer you a full refund, including shipping and handling costs, to your payment method on file. To initiate your return, kindly contact us via email and refrain from sending the product back to the manufacturer.

Missing Items/Late Shipments

Exchanges

We don't have a formal exchange program. If you'd like to exchange something for a different color or size, we treat it like a return. Then you can place a new order on our webshop for the item you'd like to receive in exchange.
